Valledupar + Cafe Region accommodations?

Anyone have good suggestions for places to stay in Valledupar, Manizales, Armenia, Pereira for a month+?

I can probably help you out but you have to be a little more specific. Are you talking about spending a month in one of those cities (in which case I'd recommend a furnished apartment or hostel as supposed to a hotel), or are you visiting all of those cities within one month long trip?
