They've also been dubbed into Chinese, but only short clips are available on youtube.  Colombian actress Sofia Vergara is supposed to have a role in an upcoming 3 Stooges re-make.

My wife was very familiar with these guys in Colombia, the first week when she was here and I was watching my little 3 stooges she started saying 'Los Tres Chiflados'! 'Los Tres Chiflados'! I was happy because I learned a new vocab word!
