CFO Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar

So my girl had her immigration interview yesterday, and she passed with flying colors. I am really happy about that because yesterday was a nerve racking day waiting for the news. I never knew a day could seem so long. However I just heard about CFO Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar . What exactly is that? I guess it takes place in Manila. So how does this work? How do I  plan her trip here?

The CFO sticker (given after the seminar) is required in her passport for her to leave the country - they will not let her  leave the country/board the plane without it ....... aka, no CFO stickers = no departure.

Can be taken in Cebu or Manila.
