2. You mention IMBRA, and imply that the 'larger companies' don't comply with it, but you don't say how you comply with it. My personal opinion is that IMBRA was pushed through by a bunch of man hating crazies (maybe some of them aren't that crazy, follow the money) and that it is against the US Constitution. But until it gets thrown out, I'd advise people to follow it and not deal with agencies that don't, so that their petitions won't be denied.

3. Are you complying with PI laws? I thought services like this were against the law in that country. I'm not an expert on PI laws, maybe you're just this side of the line on a technicality or some such? Maybe Ray will have an in depth analysis for us?

4. You've been in business since 1993...or was it maybe 1995? You use different years in different places on the site. Wait, maybe you've been helping since 1993 but only as a business since 1995? That's possible, but I'd venture that poor typing and careless proof reading are more likely to be the causes of that discrepancy.

Hi Scott,

My advice...

1. Drop all references to "Asian" and other Asian countries. This is all about the Philippines, so keep it that way. Work with what you know, and leave China, Japan, Vietnam, etc., to others with extensive experience in those areas.

2. When discussing travel options, don't attempt to give in-flight hours or say that all flights with all airlines stop over in Japan, which is not correct. Leave the travel details to the travel agent you are working with.

3. Likewise, don't attempt to explain immigration requirements or visa options. Leave that stuff to your immigration attorney who you say is working with you.

One question: Do the male customers decide which ladies are contacted or do you decide that? It was unclear from the info you posted.
