New "Visa Section" added

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to announce that we have a new "Visa Section" now for all the forums....Asian, Latin and Russian forums.  Usually important visa stuff gets lost in the shuffle in the "general" areas for any newbies lurking and reading.   Hopefully everyone will like it.

We are asking everyone, in all forums,  to put all visa related stuff in this new section please.

Personally, I don't like it.
