Earthquake in Colombia and Ecuador

Surprised that nobody else here has mentioned it yet. Some reports say 6.9, some say 7.0....apparently nobody hurt. Here's a link

I felt it when I was having a cafe here in the pad.  I say,  "no rubble,  no worry".

until the big one hits colombia , then wowwww, many cities are gonna be flattened. simple concrete and some flimsy re-barb steel wont hold up and thats 90% of the construction in colombia. another reason not to own anything there.

My wife in Bogota certainly felt it. So many buildings in Colombia are made of brick. I don't know why they don't fall down more often.
