NEW AND NEED ASSISTANCE

Hey Gang...

This is my first attempt at this and just need a little push in the right direction.

I'm 40 years old, overly educated, average looking, with a decent job.  I'm not rich but I can pay my bills.  I'm also not Brad Pitt but I have have a dated a bit. I speak a  little Spanish.

My needs:

I'd like to meet a nice Colombiana (I really like the Mulattas, but I'm open to any of them).  I'm saving for a trip to Cartagena, but would like to make some friends there before I.  

Any recommendations?  Any agencies ? Any words of advice?  I've quickly perused the archives but thought that there may be some "fresh" advice out there.
