I guess "Local Sites" is just a generic term for sites like craigslips, but for the life of my puritan (not) ass, I have NO idea what "TER" and whatever "Backpages" refers to.

Now--back to my Quaker oatmeal and rosary beads....

Those type of face-to-face introduction agencies are illegal in the Philippines. Other Asian countries vary...

But there are numerous on-line agencies selling contact info on the Internet.
