Did you send them an English translation? If not, maybe that's what they want. And if that's the problem, don't forget to include the translator's statement that he or she is a competent translator and that it is an accurate translation. I forget the exact wording they want for the translator's statement, but it's listed on the INS/BCIS/Homeboy Secure-Is-Us (or what ever name they call themselves this week) web site.
