Okay, thanks guys for the input. It's really been most helpful. I had hoped to PM or email Robert but I'm finding the time to manage the Planet-Love system (to be able to pm) requires too much time. Anyway, ready or not I'm off to the Philippines next week.

If you think there is any possibility that you might propose on this trip and want to file a fiancée visa when you return home, let me know. I can give you some ideas on what paperwork to bring back with you.
