wow I have been inside this place.  It is pretty nice.  $500 for a month is pretty good.  I think they normally rent for over a $1000.  well I was a gringo (still am) at the time, and i might have been given the gringo price

$500 was the price I was going to sublet for.  If they ask you to pay more than $800 per month I would walk.  Or better yet tell them what you are willing to pay.
