Cali police busted a thirty two year old Austrian at his apartment in Versalles, Ave 6 at Calle 25N today for child pornagraphy. He was making videos of underage ninas for sale on his web page. His live in girl friend is sixteen.
I thought Norm proved (6 years ago) that you can get in trouble with the police in Cali for taking pictures of underage girls even if they have all of their clothes on.

You are correct. You are only asking for trouble shooting girls under the age of 18, doesn't matter if they are wearing cloths. So it doesn't surprise me this guy got busted, serves him right. He must be an idiot for trying that [snip]. Also if a girl gives you a fake ID or tells you she is 18 and it turns out she isn't 18, than it's your responsiblity to verify her age. You can't tell the Cali police, well she told me she was 18. The DOJ ( department of justice ) is turning up the heat on all websites with underage content. With all the beautiful ladies in Cali, there is no need to shoot girls underage, it's just plain stupid.
