i check the wrong box on the travel paper an it was denied; me an my wife went to see her mom who was sick.; she is now better. I  saw on uscis were here form was denied. the problem is it is now to late to appeal; She is still in colombia.........any advice is helpful thanks.........

Did your wife apply for Advance Parole (AP) and leave the country before it was approved?

What is her current immigration status? Awaiting Adjustment of Status (AOS)?

Which visa did she enter the country on? K-1? K-3?

If she is a K-1 awaiting AOS and left without an AP, she “may” need a new spousal visa to get back in, which would mean you would essentially have to start all over again. I think you should make an InfoPass appointment and speak with an immigration officer at your local CIS office. I would also recommend that you confer with a immigration attorney.

yes, we mean't to check for advance parole; an we did leave the country. I will check the uscis site an get a info pass an see what can be done......thanks for your answers....
