"Bravest woman in Mexico"
« on: March 07, 2011, 03:19:10 PM »
is now unemployed (but still alive). Friday she took her child into the United States (Apparently with permission from the U.S. authorities? Article wasn't clear on that point.  Maybe she has a border crossing card?) to seek medical attention. Today she was fired of failing to return to her job as Police Chief of Praxedis G. Guerrero and is now asking the U.S. for asylum, citing death threats from drug dealers.

Frankly, I am surprised she is still alive. Gotta give her props for trying.
