Hi Board,
This is the first time for me - actually using a forum this is also my first time. I was highly encouraged by reading this board - not all have had a bad experience.
I am a UK national - and married a Thai women in 2001 - I met her in the UK in 1998. Her visa ran out in 2002, and last year we went to Thailand to have it renewed. They gave us a 2 year Spouse Visa.
Upon our return to UK, she left me ! No explanation, no contact, although she did send me an sms on my 40 birthday to tell me to leave her alone !
Now I am not sure what to do - if I divorce her, does her visa become null and void ?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
