OK here goes. this should be fun.


I am in process of divorcing my wife of ten years, she is a calena hermosa.... pero muy hermosa,,, muy inteligente ,,,muy trabajadora,,,,,buena mujer... it is unfortunate but that is not the story i have come to tell this post.


I am still good friends with her whole family which is large. 


One of my friends there had me meet his girlfriends sister.
She is 19 years old and hot, claro   


She is one of several that i went through this trip... and the one that most kept me interested. And Not just because she is 19 and I 42.  But her athletic nature and banging athletic body and love of playing futbol also is something different for me in a colombiana, and i want to try her out for a while.


She is mine at the moment and I think I am going to keep her mine for a while. at least until i spend more time with her in sept. Unfortunately I cant get back down there till the end of September.


She understands she is with a señor and is fine with it at the moment and will definitely be there for me esperando in sept.


I have spoken with her mother probably 10 times in passing on the phone

after being married to a calena for ten years and now being single is it wrong to go down there and enjoy the beauty of the land.  i treat them all well and they likewise.


Is it wrong to enjoy the company of a 19yr old for a while?
WOuld it be wrong to enjoy the company of a chica 23 yrs younger for next 30 yrs?

 i have put it on  the line tonight in an email about how i am a señor and not a boy like she is accustomed ..that she has to behave and treat me differently than she might otherwise with the boys in the barrio, and if no then bye.


the email was written with the help of my 19 yr old nephew who also comes from a tough barrio in cali. He is very savvy and knows and is very good with the barrio girls .he is  wonderful help. 


   it is a heavy play but i expect certain things and wont put up with certain behaviors....
  i want to try the maintain her and build her into something good  ....we will see  how it goes.

IMHO you are headed for a train wreck. It's better to take a real close look at her, warts and all, and decide if what you see is what you want in a mate. If not, keep looking.

The relationship doesn't have much long term potential, a few years at most... If she's jealous now, once she gets more savvy it'll be the older guy who'll find himself jealous down the line...

It certainly appears that youre not looking to marry a 19 year old and bring her stateside to start a family etc. etc. any time soon so what's to worry? There should be a big difference in maturity between a 19 year old and a 42 year old. A 19 year old is still trying to form her identity, figure out who she is , who she wants to do with her life. A 42 year old man should be way past that...

i have well over 20 trips to cali, a small business in cali,   many local friends and the family of my ex wife who take it upon themselves to be sure i am safe and well cared for,,,, they all think i should have a girlfriend/s down there,,, ,,, i speak fluent spanish,,,,, i have a very easy and outgoing nature, and i am fortunate to be a handsome man i suppose.


I have always been fortunate that hot women have always come relatively easily in the USA. They are much easier in cali. The age pool is much larger for an older fellow like me down there. i like that.

age of consent in Colombia I'm pretty sure is 14. My wife has an aunt who began shacking up with her boyfriend when she was 41 and he 17. I think in general, sexually speaking, age differences are a lot less of a big deal over there...

Uh, before you start labeling others as "pedophiles", you should look up the definition of pedophilia.
 
A 17-year-old does not qualify. Pedophelia is a mental sickness which is related to the attraction to pre-pubescent children (11-14 and younger).
 
And since the OP is ivolved with the 19-year-old, not the 17-year-old, your pedophile label makes even less sense.
 
 
Personally, I would not recommend having a romantic relationship with a 17-year-old minor, especially in a foreign country. Even if it's perfectly legal over there. You could still possibly find yourself in hot water back here in the States if you get caught traveling overseas with the intent of banging someone under the age of 18.
