IMBRA Update/Form I-129F

CIS has the new IMBRA-compliant Form I-129F up on their Web site now, in fillable format.

New I-129F

Among the major changes, you must now provide complete documentation on any convictions for listed crimes and provide the name and location of the International Marriage Broker if you met through one. Changes apply to both K-1 and K-3 petitions.

Note that only the current version (05/23/06) will be accepted.
