Maybe he was buying a used Omega or Rolex watch. Guess I won't wear mine when I visit there!!

I was amazed at the number of authorized Rolex dealers in Colombia---far more per capita income/ population than in the USA. I guess a lot of narcos (with bodyguards) must like them.

Other then when on cruises, when I travel, I'm generally a Seiko kinda guy....

Then again, the "Grand Seiko" line, often costs more than Rolex's, but few people are familiar with them. They're fantastic watches, just not 'blingy.'

I don't think it happened at all. Has there ever been an article written with fewer details than this one. jajaja
It is literally three sentences long.

Come on Mudd....go look for your critical thinking cap and put it on before posting. jajaja

It's like I said on the other forum. The victim was in Unicentro and the perp was found in El Poblado.

There would be a lot to ask her since the story doesn't tell you anything.

What is the name of the gringo? What is the name of the robber? When the hell did the robbery supposedly take place? At least tell us the time of day even if you have no idea of the date or what day of the week it was. LOL!

How did the police catch the robber....that almost never happens....seems more news worthy than the fictional robbery itself.

In all honesty...she is probably like you....reporting events that she has no first hand knowledge of.. under the guise of making the work a better place. jajaja
