4.Varna, Bulgaria. Generally speaking, women of Eastern Europe are hot. And approachable. Add to this the beautiful and cheap Bulgarian seaside, with thongs, g-strings and topless sunbathing everywhere. Like all East European women, a mix class, sophistication, well cared bodies and a natural high dose of sex appeal will make you want to see those Bulgarian girls again.

3.Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is the city of the "mujeres hermosas." Beautiful, natural, with amazing bodies, it's like the most beautiful women of Spain, Italy, Germany and other European country added to the mix wanted to create a nation of models. Not to mention the "fiestas latinas," with lots of hot and approachable women.

They are also considered educated and friendly. There are some doubts at the chapter approachability. But in the end, when you visit the city together with your partner, it doesn't matter.

I have been to Kiev twice, but I do not see many 'beautiful' girls.  Most beautiful Ukrainian ladies come from South-East Ukraine - Lugansk.

I haven't been to Medellin, but I am very surprised that it isn't even in the Top 10 list.

This survey seems to have a very strong Euro-bias, although i have to say I'm neither surprised nor disappionted to see BA emerging as the top Latin American city for beautiful women. Still, I doubt that many P-L forum members would consider scrapping their plans to visit Asia or Latin America in favour of chasing liberated blondes around Scandinavia

Some reporter didn't do his homework. USA has the most Miss Universe title holders, 7. Venezuela and Puerto Rico are tied for second with 5 each.

USA has won 3 times since 1979 compare to Venezuela's 5 times and 4 times from Puerto Rico.

they don't chase the blondes around scandinavia... they go to Estonia for them.

Varna makes sense just a big college beach town. Los Angeles is so different from the midwest I can buy them making the list. The list isn't about women you want to spend any time with just beauty so I'm ok with that.  To put Montreal on the list over all of asia and many missed latin american cities in Colombia, Peru, and Chile is a bunch of bs.
