Question: Uploading Photos to Gallery.

I loaded a picture into the Colombia gallery. It appeared to upload ok but then I saw a message that the photo was "not approved". I am assuming this means management must approve the photo first but then I thought that perhaps the message meant that the photo is too big. Can someone clarify for me? Thanks in advance.
