As this thread's sort of for everyone (and I'd guess everything) and as no one's posted in month's---here's (to some) a humorous observation:
 
Working in most companies can be compared to a bunch of monkeys in a tall tree. The boss monkeys up at the top, they look down and see a bunch of smiling faces.
 
On the other hand, the worker monkeys climbing and looking up, THEY see a bunch of azzholes....
