This is going to be a "your mileage may vary" post. I did a search on "preply" in the forums and did not find any posts, so maybe this is something that can help someone.
Along with a few apps (Duolingo, quizlet, etc.), I also took some individual "classes" via Skype. The cost of the lessons was as low as $3/hr and I've found the tutors to be quite good. I found these tutors at two sites:
preply.com
SpanishforGood.com
Preply also offers English tutors, many at very reasonable prices.
I know this info won't be for everyone, but maybe someone finds it helpful.
