Those of you who have been following developments since passage of IMBRA will recognize that one of the important mandates in the legislation was publication of an IMBRA Information Pamphlet. That Information Pamphlet was just released this past Wednesday, October 27, 2010, and you will find a copy attached to this post.

My sense is this signals an important step in the process leading to IMBRA enforcement actions.
