Inquiries and Status Checks
You may send an inquiry directly to the CSC. Please send only one e-mail or a FAX. Do not send multiple inquires on an individual “WAC†Receipt or “A†File Number. Inquiries and status checks should be initiated only after the Processing Time (JIT) Report (published bimonthly) date has elapsed for more than 30 days beyond the most current processing report.
It is requested that you make only one inquiry each 30 days. If necessary, you may send a follow-up inquiry after 30 days to the CSC.
