Probably a majority of the CIS people here in San Diego are fluent in Spanish, but you still have to get everything translated.

In the San Antonio office, we had my wife's AOS interview in Spanish which technically is not allowed but all the documents which were not in English had to be translated into English.

4 passport style photos of the alien
Sealed vaccination supplement for the alien you get this from your civil doctor? Is it 2 passport style photos or 4? So, I have to get her vaccinated again from my local doctor? She had a medical exam that the Embassy wanted back in January?

Did she get all the required vaccinations with her medical exam in January? If the doctor signed off on her vaccinations, then she doesn't need to get them again.

If she did not have all her vaccinations at the time of her medical exam, then she should get them from one of the listed civil surgeons. Your family doctor can not sign off for immigration requirements.

Yes. she did receive three vaccinations but did not get to keep anything from that packet the embassy gave us with her medical exam results. Is the San Diego office down on Union st. still? Thank you Ray

If she had the required shots, it will be annotated in her visa medical report, which will be in her CIS file.  She should have been given a copy of the vaccination report by the examining physician who did her medical or by whomever did the shots. If she doesn't have anything, she can wait until the AOS interview and see if they still want her to get any missed vaccinations. There isn't much sense in getting shots she already had.

The San Diego office is in the Federal Bldg downtown on Front St but they may be doing the AOS interviews at the Chula Vista sub-office.

We got the Vaccination Supplement for the AOS but when we went to the doctor he checked off which ones were already done. In fact I'm not sure he actually gave her any shots at all, just the signed and completed form. For $13 I had no problem with that.
