Small wonder that so many years ago, it was said:

"A dog is a man's best friend"

You can find a lot of immaturity overseas too in Latin America. But yea that girl just threw a tantrum like a grade school kid. Is anyone really shocked though? Welcome to 2013. This is what Daddy's Princess is like all grown up.  Plus she basically admitted to having a couple of driving while intoxicated on her record.

That is a sad video.....and it is a good example of a woman that actually really has feelings for a guy that absolutely refuses to validate her as a person.

I'm sure it  has been going on for quite some time before it got to this point and if she really didn't like the guy she wouldn't have been nearly as hysterical.
The guy is an absolute dick and she will be better off without him.

To validate someone's feelings is first to accept someone's feelings. Next, it is to understand them, and finally it is to nurture them.

To validate is to acknowledge and accept one's unique identity and individuality. To invalidate, on the other hand, is to reject, ignore, or judge their feelings, and hence, their individual identity. When we validate someone, we allow them to safely share their feelings and thoughts. We are reassuring them that it is okay to have the feelings they have. We are demonstrating that we will still accept them after they have shared their feelings. We let them know that we respect their perception of things at that moment. We help them feel heard, acknowledged, understood and accepted."

I agree 100%...that dude was an azzhole...it looked to me like he was enjoying her suffering...and recording it and getting it on the web...if I were the brother of that girl, i'd wanna take a sledgehammer to his kneecap after that one.

Who knows what the guy is like on or off camera (good or bad). She is addicted to cigs... severely addicted. She has multiple OWIs so also addicted to booze. There is so much more to their relationship that we aren't in on based on this one video. But I wouldn't call this woman and her problems a catch.

The guy does seem to trivialize her 'issues'. He at times seems to find them laughable and acts like he's 'in on the joke' of video taping what's supposed to be his wife having a melt down. Uncool anyway you look at it. Perhaps it was all staged, who knows?

Nonetheless, people sometimes down play or even dismiss other person's problems and issues that in fact are often as real as rain. It's so easy to think a person can 'get over' an addiction, that their 'depression' isn't a real, clinical case or even that a person who says they are in back pain is just making excuses, for just a few examples.

I used to think depression was only for weak people. Then I had a long, involved divorce with two young children in the middle and was looking at possible financial ruin. I used to dismiss people crying about having a bad back, unless they were old folks, then I got to a point where I myself sometimes couldn't walk 15 feet w/o sitting down to relieve spinal pressure. You really never know about things until you actually experience them yourself.
Whether you think you can or think you can't--you're right!

Wow I can't believe I am the only one who can see the dude might have a side to this as well. Maybe it is a generational thing or something. It is very possible that at one time this guy cared and worked hard on their relationship... and now has given up, thrown in the towel... waved the white flag etc and the video was just his way of saying see what I'm dealing with here.
He could be like many guys I know that wanted to date an attractive woman so they couldnt see her obvious flaws at first... being a drunk, smoker, baby that always has to have her way, etc.
I seriously think if he had a smoke or a drink for her she probably would have calmed down... this girl has problems... maybe they both do... but damn

You not only have an opinion, but have decided to (mis)state other people’s opinions too.  This thread appeared to be heading toward another one-sided gigglefest about insane women.  It is always fun to throw some ice cold water on all of that.  That said, because the husband acted like a dick, that  doesn't preclude  that the woman is also way outta line also…both can be happening and people  comment on the part that they  want to comment on, and doing so isn't a hostile or contradicting act.   It isn't a one way street, as some people get in the habit of pretending.   If this is the manner in which these two communicate with each other then a divorce is a reasonable solution.  How these two are behaving is a product of the cumulative dynamics they have created within their own individual relationship, and I don’t see it as an indictment on men or women as a whole.

Why not just give a balanced opinion to begin with so I don't have to try and read your mind like an AW  ;D  LOL
We have a rule in my house... I'm not Marvin the mind reader... don't assume I can read your mind if you haven't mentioned or said something in conversation I might not know it.

This is not your house Marvin so it is best to leave the mind reading to professionals.  ;D

In addition to having my own opinion/take on the situation, the post of mine helped balance out the previous one-sided posts.
