joemc58  decided to rejoin the forum,  I cancel my membership awhile back. Things are doing good, been happy
with 29 years of marriage  with a Filipina from Luzon.

             How your wife like living in New York, big time city. As a merchant seamen I used to sail out of Brooklyn,
             and stay at the seamen's church institute in lower Manhattan. I kind miss those days 8)

With the exception of the weather, she loves NYC.

Today I took her to Times Square ~ We went to the Hershey Store, M & M Store, Disney Store, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and ended the day @ Jolibee ~ she was really happy.

 Hey Ray,  The never-ending age difference debates will never end. Good luck to the kano that is 50 plus with a
a 20 something wife. With that age difference I could not relate to her on a personal level, I guess the sex would be great thou.  I plan to be in San Diego last week of June, to see the son shove off for his 7 month deployment with the navy. I would like meet up with you, and down a few san magoos.  ;D

WELCOME HOME! Congratulations to you and your wife (she must be a saint...like mine)!  ;D You were just a boy when you married. How I fondly remember your wedding...We danced the Mamushka while Nero fiddled...we danced the Mamushka at Waterloo...we danced the Mamushka for Jack the Ripper...we danced the Mamushka until the wee hours of the morning at your reception.

Good luck to your son!  I wish my boy would get based in the  Land of the Rising Sun. Anchors away!

Don't do it Ray! My life has not been the same since Fester and I met up. Actually, I would like to meet up with Fester again! The time we spent together was much too short. It was just after my strokes and I was still walking backwards and speaking in tongues.  ;D

Hi Tanuki,
                            I don't really have a lot of input here, I'm happy go lucky person. I kind of joke here on the
                            forum. The time I got married was a different era. Besides you have a few resident experts here
                            on Planet love. Ray S. has a lot of resourceful information on the Philippines. Jeff and Bob s
                            have spent a lot time in Japan. They too provide u some info. I myself  just a wash up
                           sailor that has dabble in a lot of different cultures.
